This October, more than 1,200 people from around Australia (and even overseas) came together to raise vital funds as part of the Walk for Epilepsy. This year’s event was a 25 day virtual event, where people were encouraged to come together and walk (or even run, ride, swim or wheel) and together they reached just over 25,000km around Australia to raise awareness and support for the 1 in 25 Australians living with epilepsy.
To date, this incredible initiative has raised over $280,000 and it’s not too late to donate! If you’d like to make a contribution, you can do so until 30 October 2020. You can read more about the event here . #walkwithme.
