Ma Montre M\u00e9dicale<\/a>\u00a0is proud to be contributing to innovative solutions that help older Australians age safely and independently at home.
This Australian-first survey, funded by\u00a0Sydney Partnership for Health, Education, Research and Enterprise (SPHERE)<\/a>\u00a0and led by the\u00a0University of Technology Sydney<\/a>\u00a0Institute for Sustainable Futures in collaboration with\u00a0NSW Smart Sensing Network<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0University of Newcastle<\/a>\u00a0FASTLAB<\/a>, explores critical questions: Do older Australians want sensor technology in their homes? What\u2019s their understanding of the tech? Would they pay for it?
Preliminary findings, shared at the NSSN\u2019s 3rd Ageing Forum at NSW Parliament House, reveal the potential of smart technologies to transform care, reduce strain on the healthcare system, and enhance the quality of life for older Australians.
It\u2019s inspiring to see academia, industry, and government come together to address these challenges, and we\u2019re excited to be part of this journey. Together, we\u2019re shaping the future of aged care.
